DeAngelo Construction earned the trust and respect of clients and the community during the 1972 flood, when William DeAngelo Sr. helped make housing more affordable for flood victims. From those early efforts to the development of Rose Village in Shavertown, PA, the company became known for practical solutions, dependable work, and a hands-on commitment to helping people build and rebuild.

Story
DeAngelo Construction was established in 1969 by William DeAngelo Sr. After purchasing 22 acres of land, he developed Rose Village in Shavertown, Pennsylvania, helping shape a growing residential area and building the foundation for a full-service construction company.
Since then, DeAngelo Construction has remained a hands-on family business. From land selection, permits, site preparation, foundations, exterior and interior work, and final details, the company brings practical experience and personal attention to each project.

William DeAngelo Sr.
Chief Executive Officer / Founder
William DeAngelo Sr. founded DeAngelo Construction in 1969 after completing his professional boxing career and learning the trade of residential homebuilding. His experience includes helping build the Gateway Shopping Center and leading the company through decades of successful construction work. He remains actively involved in daily guidance, leadership, and hands-on jobsite support.
William DeAngelo
Civil Engineer / Structural Engineering
William DeAngelo brings architectural design, civil engineering, and structural engineering experience to the company. With a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a major in Structural Engineering from Penn State, he oversees general contracting, project management, construction management, budget control, design-build components, estimating, scheduling, and project supervision.
William DeAngelo III
Project Manager
William DeAngelo III manages construction projects from start to finish, helping keep work on track, on budget, and aligned with project deadlines. His responsibilities include project control, reporting, coordination, and making sure each project comes together properly.
